We offer a variety of workouts for individuals of all fitness levels. All workout classes are kid friendly. Check out our calendar on the right to see our monthly schedule.

Dance Cardio - A fun, one hour, sweat inducing workout for all ages. A mix between zumba and hip hop.

Fitcamp- Workouts to your own body weight. Come for a motivating, positive and HIT style workout.
Group Runs- Come run a 5k with us at the Clarksville greenway. We do this one saturday every month so we can all work to to build a healthy community and improve our run times.

Herbalife Opportunity Meeting (HOM) - We will share with you how to get discounts off our amazing products and how to get involved in this business opportunity. This is not a workout class.

Zumba- a one hour latin-style dance fitness class.
